Apple Tonic Mocktail

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add 1 scoop of Apple & Elderflower Clear Vegan Protein to a shaker along with 150ml of water, shake well to combine.
  2. Add lemon juice, fresh mint and simple syrup, shake again.
  3. Pour into glasses filled with ice.
  4. Top up with tonic water.

Serving

1. Garnish with apple, cucumber and rosemary sprigs – then its time to enjoy your refreshing mocktail!
