After seeing students yearn after delicious food, desperate for something other than shop-bought pesto pasta, MOB Kitchen was born. Banana and maple syrup is a winning combo – and MOB Kitchen have nailed it with these protein-packed, Vegan Banoffee Muffins. Golden on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these muffins are soaked in Sugar-Free Maple Syrup and topped with a crunchy oat topping to really tickle your tastebuds.
