2. Add 65ml of your favourite plant milk and whisk to a smooth paste.
3. Heat a non‐ stick frying pan over a low /medium heat and lightly oil as required.
4. Using a large spoon or scoop drop 3 even lots of pancake mix into pan.
5. Cook on first side for 2 mins before flipping over using a spatula.
6. Cook for a further 2 mins or until golden brown.
8. Serve with a choice of toppings.
