1. Scoop 50g (approx. 2 scoops) of powder into a mixing bowl. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
2. Add 65ml of your favourite plant-based milk or water and whisk to a smooth paste.
3. Heat a non‐ stick frying pan over a low /medium heat and lightly oil as required.
4. Using a large spoon or scoop drop 3 even lots of pancake mix into pan.
5. Cook on first side for 2 mins before flipping over using a spatula.
6. Cook for a further 2 mins or until golden brown.
7. Serve with a choice of toppings.

Really really nice
Recently gone dairy free for a medical issue and decided to try these and so impressed. I got vanilla flavour and paired it with Sugar Free Maple Syrup which isn't mandatory because the vanilla does sweeten them for sure, but a handy extra. I made 60g and got around 5 small pancakes. Very impressed and looking forward to having them again!
